1. Introduction & Acceptance

By visiting our website, browsing our catalog, creating a customer account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations in India.
2. Boutique Eligibility & Account Security
To register an account or complete a purchase, you must be at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.

We take meticulous care in photographing and describing each ladies purse, tote, and clutch with maximum fidelity. However, because display settings, ambient lighting, and screen calibrations vary across mobile devices and monitors, actual purse shades may slightly differ from on-screen images.
4. Pricing & Transparent Currency (INR)
All prices listed on Monatraders are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of all applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST). We practice fair, transparent round pricing without hidden checkout surcharges. We reserve the right to correct accidental typographical pricing errors prior to order dispatch.
5. Order Confirmation & Acceptance
Upon placing an order, you will receive an automated confirmation SMS and email containing your unique Order Number. Receipt of this confirmation does not signify our final acceptance of your order; we reserve the right to verify stock and shipping address details before dispatching the consignment.
6. Shipping & Title Transfer
Title and risk of loss for all purchased goods pass to you upon delivery by our authorized courier partner (BlueDart, Delhivery, DTDC, or XpressBees) to the specified shipping destination.
