Cancellation Policy

1. Pre-Dispatch Order Cancellation

You can cancel your handbag order at any time before it has been dispatched from our fulfillment center. Simply visit My Account → Orders and click the Cancel Order button, or email us immediately at care@monatraders.com with your Order Number.

2. Refund for Canceled Orders

If you cancel a prepaid order before dispatch:

• The cancellation is approved instantly.
• A 100% full refund is initiated back to your original payment method within 24 hours.
• Funds reflect in your bank or card account within 3 to 5 working days depending on your bank.

3. Post-Dispatch Cancellations

Once an order has been handed over to the courier partner and an AWB tracking number has been generated, it cannot be canceled mid-transit. In such cases, you may simply refuse delivery at your doorstep when the courier arrives (Return to Origin / RTO), or accept the parcel and initiate a return within 7 days under our standard Return Policy.
