1. 7-Day Hassle-Free Return Guarantee

We want you to love your handbag purchase without any reservations. If for any reason you are not completely enchanted with your ladies purse, clutch, or tote, you may initiate a return or exchange request within 7 calendar days from the date of confirmed delivery.

2. Return Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a full refund or exchange, the returned purse must satisfy the following conditions:

• The handbag must be in its original, unused, unwashed, and undamaged condition.
• All original brand tags, barcodes, protective plastic wraps, and dust bags must be intact.
• All included accessories (detachable shoulder straps, coin pouches, keychains, authenticity cards) must be returned inside the main bag.

3. Step-by-Step Return Process

1. Log in to your Monatraders account and navigate to My Orders.
2. Select the order and click Request Return / Exchange.
3. Choose your reason and preferred return resolution (Refund to Source / Bank Transfer / Store Credit).
4. Our logistics partner will arrive at your address for doorstep reverse pickup within 24 to 48 hours.

4. Reverse Pickup & Quality Inspection

Doorstep reverse pickups are completely free of charge for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Once the package arrives at our Jaipur fulfillment center, our quality control team completes inspection within 24 hours.

5. Refund Timelines & Methods

• Prepaid Orders (UPI / Cards / Net Banking): Refund is credited back to the original source account within 3 to 5 business days.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refund is initiated via secure IMPS/NEFT bank transfer or UPI ID provided by you during return request within 48 hours of quality approval.
